Refunds
We do not refund on any purchase under any circumstances unless the item of jewellery is damaged. Upon purchase should the item in question be an unwanted gift or simply no longer desired we will only offer a credit note to the value of the item to be used online or within the jewellery shop premises within twelve months of the return date.
Should a jewellery item need to be returned due to damage, we would require the item to be returned to us in person or via the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. Note that the cost incurred for a postal return will be fully refunded upon receipt of the goods.
Delivery
Orders are generally dispatched within 3-5 working days; should an item of jewellery require alteration, this may take up to 10 working days. For delivery in the UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is a signed for the next day service; for delivery to Europe and the rest of the world, orders are despatched via Parcel Force internationally signed for delivery. Please allow up to twenty working days for delivery.

In the unlikely event that the order has not been delivered within 30 days, you may cancel the contract, and we will refund in full any money paid. Every effort to deliver your items in accordance with the timescales listed above will be made. Should you wish to inquire about a jewellery item for further information, then please contact us.
Resizing
Antique or bespoke rings tend to require resizing. Should this be the case, all details will be needed by email before the item is sent to our workshops. For any items purchased that require resizing, please allow up to ten working days before the item is dispatched.
We cannot be held liable for delays in delivering your goods where such a delay is due to reasons beyond our control. While we offer this service to you, we cannot guarantee the precise date or time of delivery so please allow ten working days for any single delivery.
